This policy explains, in plain language, what data Tropical Frespi (Dulce Tropical, S.A.) receives through this site, what it is used for and how you can write to us about it.
What data we collect
- Site forms: the information you enter when requesting a quote, uploading a list, applying for a business account, offering product as a supplier or contacting us: name, business, phone, email, delivery area and the content of your request.
- Uploaded files: the purchase lists (Excel, CSV, PDF or images) you attach for us to quote.
- Basic analytics: site usage metrics (pages visited, navigation events) to understand what works and what to improve. We do not use this analytics to record the content of your forms or your files.
What we use it for
We use your data to respond to your request: to prepare your quote, contact you via WhatsApp or email, coordinate deliveries and follow up on claims. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Where it is stored
The information is stored with the infrastructure providers we use to operate the site (web hosting, database and file storage). These providers process the data on our behalf to keep the service running.
Your rights and contact
You can write to us to ask what data we hold about you, request that we correct it, or ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed to handle your request. Write to us at ventas@tropicalfrespi.com and we will get back to you.
